Volunteer Coordinator
Responding to volunteers who wish to get involved and onboarding new volunteers.
Cat Care Coordinator
Serve as a cat care specialist at one of our 11 Petco and PetSmart stores, including feeding, cleaning, socializing and transport of new arrivals to stores).
Adoption Event Coordinator
Coordinates monthly adoption events in partner Petco and PetSmart stores and in locations throughout the front range of Colorado
Adoption Event Assistant
Works with our Adoption Coordinator, prepares and scans paperwork before and after events, arranges pickup of kennels and supplies, communicates with Foster Parents about events and provides any needed assistance during events.
Email Inbox Manager and Profile Coordinator
Sorts all email arriving in the general RDR emailbox. Creates canine profiles in our animal records management system and ensures they have bios and suitable photos. Assists with other tasks assigned by the Director and Records Manager.
Grant Writer
Researches, collects data for and writes grants to support various RDR operations and initiatives.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Provides professional accounting and tax services to support our non-profit organization.
Assistant Transport Coordinator
Helps to organize transports, meets each transport on the Front Range, ensures we have the correct paperwork for each animal, scans documents, and meets Foster Parents as they arrive to pick up their fosters.
Animal Transport Driver
Drives the RDR van, transporting dogs and cats between NM and CO and within CO using our new, customized Dodge Promaster 2500 with interior kennels and supply cabinets. Must have large vehicle driving and parking experience and provide animal care enroute. CDL a big plus.
Foster Parent Coordinators
Mentors newer foster parents by providing supervision, answers, general support and occasional face-to-face meetings. Must have experience as an RDR Foster Parent, have your own transportation, and be amenable to receiving unscheduled calls for assistance as part of our Emergency Phone List.
